• Vince Horvath - President & Owner View More

  Vince began a career in plumbing in 1996 with Har-Con Mechanical and progressed in field operations as a licensed Journeyman Plumber. ln 2009 Vince was appointed to the position of Estimator for Har-Con and was responsible for large industrial plumbing installations, Vince joined Best Plumblng in the Spring of 2017. He holds a Master Plumber license from the Texas State Board bf Plumbing Examiners and serves as the Responsible Master Plumber for Best Plumbing. Mr. Horvath served as Vice President since joining Best Plumbing and has overseen the daily operations and continued the development of the company.

  Dennis Rollfing formed Best Plumbing in 2002 and for the next 19 years developed the company resources to meet the needs of commercial businesses and the multi-family housing industry. At the end of 2020 Mr. Rollfing followed his plan to retire and sold Best Plumbing to Mr. Horvath.

• Greg Gerstle - Controller View More

  Responsible for the financial and administrative functions of Best Plumbing, LLC. Prior to joining Best Plumbing, Mr. Gerstle served as Controller for NL Treating Chemicals, Division of NL lndustries, lnc. Following 17 years with NL lndustries he served as VP of Finance and Administration for Chromalloy Drilling Fluids, an affiliate of Sequa Corporation. Greg joined Best Plumbing in 2003.

• Steve Brooks - Estimator View More

  Steve began his career as a plumber in Houston in 1978 and joined Best Plumbing shortly after its inception in 2002. He holds a Journeyman Plumber license from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. He served as a Team Leader for Best Plumbing and was appointed to the position of Estimator in 2005. Steve has worked with Dennis at other plumbing companies since the mid 1980’s.

• Slade Schuler - Service Manager View More

  Slade began his career as a plumber in Washington State in 1991. After moving to Houston in 1993 he obtained a Journeyman Plumber license and a Master Plumber license from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. Slade joined Best Plumbing in 2005 as Service Manager.

• Steve Medema - Manager, Technical Operations View More

  Steve joined Best Plumbing in April 2024 bringing more than 20 years of diverse plumbing experience in the commercial plumbing industry. Steve possesses a strong technical background in complex plumbing systems. He holds a Journeyman
  Plumbing License from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.

  Since 1972 Sonny has held progressively more responsible positions in a broad range of facilities management related businesses in Houston. He serves on various committees and actively participates in several trade organizations including the Houston Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association, National Apartment Association, Community Association Institution, Greater Houston Restaurant Association, Texas Restaurant Association and the Houston Chapter of International Facility Management Association. Sonny joined Best Plumbing in 2003.
